Last minute bookings
If bookings are made than less than 48 hours before the holiday starts, they must be confirmed by phone. Judy Brierley 07768 072011.
Customer Payments
If a deposit has been paid, the balance must be settled not less than six weeks before the holiday.
Provisional bookings will be held for five working days to receive a cheque. Cheques should be made out to Knight, Bell and Brierley.
If the balance is not paid six weeks before the arrival date, the owners reserve the right to cancel the booking and re-advertise the holiday.
Customer Cancellations
Please telephone or e-mail notice of all cancellations to info@rhosneigr beach.co.uk or 07768 072011.
In the event of a cancellation up to 6 weeks before the date of the rental commences, the 20% deposit will be forfeited. After that the full amount will be payable.
Arrival and Departure
Guests may arrive after 4pm on the first day and are requested to vacate the property no later than 10am on the date of departure.
Use of the Property
No more than 10 people may stay at Craig Llydan. It will only be used for personal and domestic purposes and will not be used for any commercial purpose without the written prior consent of the owners. No caravans or motorhomes are allowed in the parking area.
Complaints
Please bring any problems to our attention immediately so we may try and rectify the issue immediately.
Care of the Property
You and all members of your party agree both to keep the property clean and tidy and to leave it in a similar condition as found on arrival. You are responsible to the property owner for any breakages or damage in or to the property – along with any additional costs that may result – which are caused by you or your party, and the owner can require payment from you to cover any such costs.
Pets
1 or 2 (well-behaved) dogs are welcome at a supplement of £20 per week for one dog and £25 per week for two. Please do not allow dogs in the bedrooms.
Liability
The owners shall not be liable to the guest or third parties for any accident, damage, loss, injury, expense or inconvenience which may be suffered, incurred, arise out of or in any way connected with the rental. No term of the Contract is enforceable under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 by a person who is not a party to the Contract.
