Craig Llydan is a 3 storey semi-detached house in a waterfront position. It is situated down a half-mile private road, with about six other houses nearby.

It is best to travel to Craig Llydan by car. There is a train station in Rhosneigr village, about a mile and a half away. There is parking for six cars.

The approach to the house is over slate chippings, stone chippings and paving slabs. There are no steps to the front door. It is opened manually. At the front of the house there is a ramp leading down to the beach but the bottom of it has a drop onto the sand.

There are stairs to both upper floors.

The five bedrooms can be made up as doubles or twins.  

Downstairs there are two bedrooms, one with an ensuite shower room. The other bedroom is a double/twin.  There is a utility room with a kettle, a fridge, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.  There is a shower room with a spacious shower cubicle and a basin, and a toilet with a basin.

On the first floor there is an open plan sitting room, kitchen and dining room with a standard height fitted kitchen. All doors are standard width. There is also a bathroom with bath, toilet and basin.

On the second floor there is an ensuite master bedroom, a twin/double bedroom and a smaller twin/double bedroom. There is also a shower room with a spacious shower cubicle, toilet and basin.
